Ask The Lion - Usage Guidelines

Ask The Lion is an online central library where Groupe agency teams can find information to help them deliver better solutions for their clients. Available to all Publicis Groupe employees for internal usage via their Lion Login, this platform is built to add value to multiple categories of teams, including New Business and Account teams, as well as Creative. The platform is based on a Digital Asset Management System, which makes it simple to search and find the right knowledge when it is needed. Typical examples of content will be e.g. "Best of" Creative Work Credentials and Capability Decks. Case Studies also may be made available on a case-by-case basis, following evaluation by content Managers.

The principle of this platform is to share knowledge across practices and across markets. NO confidential assets / documents, as well as NO «work in Progress» assets, and NO high-resolution production files should be hosted in Ask The Lion.

In order to allow completeness, and at the same time guarantee quality and control for content, a decision has been made to centralize upload.

Each Network / Region has identified a Content Lead for Ask The Lion. Their role and responsibility is to ensure breadth, depth, and frequency of content available. In order to get local support, content leads can identify a pool of «Content Managers» in each country or make the decision to centrally manage content for their practice and / or region (upload and tag). Content Managers are the only ones who have the ability to upload and tag content. Once uploaded, only Content Managers can change metadata from assets.

Assets can be previewed, downloaded and shared within Publicis Groupe only. Usage is strictly limited to internal Publicis. Assets may not be used for personal reasons such as personal websites, shared with clients or otherwise distributed publicly (including: via e-mail, on social media, the internet, intranets, local servers, and removable media), without specific written consent from Content Leads.
